"She reminds me of you..."

Guten Abend, meine Freunde...
First of all, congratulations to the winners of the very first Facebook Valentine's Day print giveaway. The 14 signed/numbered prints will be shipping in about two weeks. We will be having another giveaway in a few months and that one will be a canvas. "Like" the OCMC Facebook Page to be entered.
Valentine's Day was also the very first day of the very first public exhibit of OCMC work... Inside anyway. There are 21 OCMC pieces on display at 209 East 23rd Street until March 3rd, 2012.
OCMC is very musically oriented, and most pieces are conceived and created listening to music. Should you wish to experience the show the way it was hung and meant to be experenced, listen to the track "She Reminds Me Of You" from the soundtrack to "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.
Here is a preview of the exhibit...
"Death Crash" - 4 panels, mixed media on canvas.
"Fab 5 Freddy (Subway Series)" - Mixed media on canvas, and "Yvonne In Fire" - Spray paint, acrylic and silk screen ink on paper.

"I'm Afraid Of Americans" - Silk screen ink on archival paper, and "Pop Hayward" - Silkscreen ink on paper.
"Gold", "Party Monster", "Abandon Ship!", "Drama Queen" and "Swimming in it" - All are mixed media on canvas.

Achtung, Meine Freunde!

Achtung, meine freunde! Much work is being done in the headquarters...
There are a couple of new beloved faces making thier appearance in public this week should you be in the downtown NYC area...

It is with great pleasure that we at the headquarters reintroduce these very special people back into the public. It is our sincere hope that you say hello as you pass by.
Be sure to stop by the OCMC Facebook page for the Valentine's Day print giveaway... A photo of the print will be posted on February 13th and the giveaway will be done on February 14th.
There also is word that there will be an OCMC art display in a "secret" area of the city on February 13th that will run for several weeks... More on that soon...
Have yourself a lovely weekend, meine freunde. Have your eyes on the streets... You never know exactly where beauty lies...
